• After entering service tag it will give you overview of your laptop / pc
• Click on Diagnostic tab
• Run a quick test
• It will analyze your laptop / pc and gives you result.
• There will be list of drivers to be updated, click on Drivers & Download tab
• It will give you list of drivers to be updated or installed (most probably smartbyte and bios are the important drivers to be updated)
• Once installation is done restart your PC and it will speed your laptop / pc
